The AI looks at which collections sell and suggests a preset, a hero banner and which collections to feature, with a reason for each. You accept or edit them in the editor.
- Push notification drafts
It drafts abandoned cart, back-in-stock and new drop messages from your product pages and past campaigns. You approve each message before it sends.
- Product rails for each shopper
The "You might also like" and "Buy it again" rails are ordered for each shopper from their Shopify order history. There is no third-party tracking pixel.
- Send times
It suggests when each group of customers usually opens the app, so a 7pm drop reaches the people who shop at 7pm.
Questions about the AI
What data does the AI use?
Only what you grant through Shopify's API scopes: products, collections, inventory and order history. It never reads customer messages, payment details or anything outside those scopes, and you can revoke access from your Shopify admin at any time.
Does the AI change my app on its own?
No. It produces drafts: a suggested layout, a push message, a rail order. Each one sits in the editor until you accept it. Accepted layout changes ship over the air like any other edit.
Is my store's data used to train models?
No. Your catalogue and orders are used to generate suggestions for your store and nothing else. We don't pool merchant data or use it to train shared models.
Can I turn it off?
Yes. The AI features are a toggle per store. With it off, the editor works exactly as before and no store data is sent to a model.
Which plans include it?
Home screen suggestions are in every plan. Push copy drafting and per-shopper recommendation rails are in Grow and above, because they need push and order-history access.
